The School Safety and Mental Health Commission (the “Commission”) was established in October, 2022, by the State of Michigan. The Commission is required to provide recommendations to reduce youth suicides and strengthen the mental health of school-age children, adolescents, and their families through a comprehensive, statewide approach.

The Commission established this website to compile existing resources for students, their families, and our school communities.  The Commission does not independently vet or endorse the resources linked on this website.  The content of the Commission’s webpage is provided for general information only.
